Haiku Friday: A rabbit and a question

He buries his face
in soft fur, his stuffed rabbit
is tattered with love.

He is sweet like this
always a hug or a kiss
for his furry friends.

I can’t help it, come Saturday and Sunday, I find myself still ticking off syllables on my fingers!

Haiku Friday

Here is a question:
do you too count syllables
after Friday’s gone??

Ummmm… Anyone? Anyone?

Alas ... methinks I 'dream' in Haiku sometimes, but I never 'count' syllables ... I hear the rhythm or pattern of syllables in my head. I love yours today by the way ... and the photo of your little QT ;--)
Hugs and blessings,

That photo is too so sweet.

I count them too, it's a hard habit to break.

Not so much anymore. But I do find it easier to write in haiku now. Like I wish every post could be haiku.

My youngest son has a dog instead of your's having a rabbit ;) he carries it everywhere and when he has to do something important, he leaves to us (but first he makes sure we're cuddling the dog so he won't feel neglected during his stay with us) ;)
sweetest little darlings
